2026 Submissions
Four proposals submitted in 2026, representing $500K+ in active bids across government and university clients.
Complete website redesign for one of Texas's largest regional water authorities, serving a multi-county area in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The project includes a full discovery and information architecture phase, ADA-compliant design, CMS-based build, bilingual EN/ES capability for the district's Spanish-speaking constituents, and staff training.
Submitted via the OpenGov procurement portal. Award decision expected June 2026.
Website redesign for Decatur Housing Authority, a public housing agency serving low- and moderate-income residents in DeKalb County, Georgia. The project scope covers resident-facing portal design, ADA and Section 508 compliance, mobile-first architecture, CMS implementation for non-technical staff, and multilingual accessibility to serve the agency's diverse resident population.
Submitted as a complete multi-volume proposal including technical approach, management plan, and pricing volumes.
Communications strategy and website development for the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission's stormwater public education and outreach initiative. The project combines multichannel community communications planning with a purpose-built web presence designed to reach diverse Vermont communities with clear, actionable stormwater management guidance.
Media agency services proposal for the University of Maryland, one of the nation's flagship public research universities. The proposal covers integrated digital marketing and media planning capabilities for university enrollment, brand awareness, and community engagement campaigns.

Complete website redesign for a mid-size public university serving the Greater Cincinnati region. Project included information architecture, ADA-compliant design system, Drupal CMS implementation, and staff training program.
Transit / Government
Government digital portal project for Snohomish County's regional transit authority in Washington State. Focused on constituent-facing service discovery, mobile-first design, and accessibility compliance for a diverse ridership base.
Municipal Government
Municipal digital project for the City of Seattle's Finance and Administrative Services department. Scope included digital strategy, content architecture, and web presence modernization for a high-traffic city government service portal.
